It took four years, three playoff series and several rounds of high-profile trash talk, but DeShawn Stevenson finally got the best of LeBron James.
Needless to say, the Mavericks shooting guard is enjoying his team's NBA Finals defeat of James' Miami Heat.

After Dallas' title-clinching Game 6 win, Stevenson donned a t-shirt bearing the words "Hey LeBron! How's my Dirk taste?" Mavs.com writer Bryan Gutierrez posted the image on his Twitter feed.
The reference combines Dirk Nowitzi's name with Shaquille O'Neal's legendary rip of former teammate Kobe Bryant after O'Neal's 2006 title with Miami. Also on the shirt -- a logo for HDNet, the cable station owned by Dallas owner Mark Cuban.
Back in March of 2008, after Stevenson (then with the Wizards) and James (Cavaliers) had been jawing at each other throughout a game, Stevenson told the Washington Post, “He’s overrated. And you can say I said that."
The feud between the two then carried on into the first-round playoff series between Washington and Cleveland, where it got a little absurd -- rapper Jay-Z, a friend of James, reportedly took a shot at Stevenson during an appearance at a club.
Earlier in these Finals, Stevenson took another shot at James and Dwyane Wade's attempt to draw foul calls.
“They’re great actors. They do it well. They sell it," Stevenson said.
Stevenson also made a difference in Game 6, going 3-for-5 on 3-pointers and finishing with nine points.
