NY Times Nicolas Kristof immediately blames Republicans for the bombing...
Shortly
after news of the bombing Kristof tweeted "xplosion is a reminder that
ATF needs a director. Shame on Senate
Republicans for blocking apptment."
Kristof was called out for his
ridiculous tweet and attempted to diffuse the situation by deleting the
tweet and tweeting " People jumping on me for criticizing Sen Repubs for
blocking ATF appointments. ok, that was low
blow. i take it back."
Notice how his first instinct was to play
politics and blame those evil Republicans. And is the ATF our counter
terrorism unit now?
Media fail: NBC's Luke Russert claims Boston bombing is somehow related to Waco Siege...
Russert
tweeted to speculate that the bombing could possibly be related to the
1993 government siege on
the Branch Davidian compound in Waco.
Shortly after the bombing,
Russert wrote, "I was at Fenway Park w my dad and @mikebarnicle during
Waco which was on Patriots Day in 1993. Speculating on possible link."
What a troll who is where he is solely because
of his late daddy.
Michael Moore on Boston Bombings: 'Tax Day. Patriots Day.'
Michael Moore, joining in the leftist rush to judgment, tweeted
two phrases this afternoon, presumably meant to cast blame on the
oft-invoked "right-wing extremists" speculated about by CNN today:

Moore is the same man who labeled Iraqi terrorists "freedom fighters."
CNN Security Analyst Says It Could Be A Right Wing Extremist [Boston Marathon]
CNN Analyst: "Right-Wing Extremist" Could Be Behind Boston Bombing
Yesterday a CNN Security Analyst had this to say.....
PETER BERGEN, CNN NATIONAL SECURITY ANALYST: But, you know, the fact
there were two explosions, two bombings -- one of the things I would be
looking at is, once the device, if it is a device, is found, what kind
of explosives were used?
So, for instance, if it was hydrogen peroxide, this is sort of a
signature of al Qaeda.
If it was more conventional explosives, which are
much harder to get pulled off now, that might be some other kind of
right-wing extremist.
We've seen a number of failed bombing attempts by al Qaeda using bombs,
Najibullah Zazi and, for instance, Manhattan subway in 2009, Faisal
Shahzad, in Times Square in 2010, the attempt to bring down the
Northwest flight 253 over Detroit on 2009.
