Not many people know who Elena Kagan is...and it's going to be interesting to see what the lame-stream media allows out on their wire. 

This little blurb may not make it, Kagan's connection to the Obama network:

Kagan's time at Harvard Law School didn’t overlap with Obama’s at all, but the former dean is tenuously connected to president's academic life. She joined the staff at the University of Chicago Law School in 1991 and became tenured in 1995; Obama was on staff from 1993 to 2004. Kagan also clerked for Abner Mikva when he was on the D.C. Circuit court of appeals. Mikva, who is now a Chicago lawyer, is a close Obama mentor. He tried to get Obama to clerk for him, and later advised the politician during campaigns in 2000, 2004 and 2008.

Kagan was hired to be dean of Harvard Law School by Lawrence Summers, who was Treasury secretary under President Bill Clinton, went on to serve as president of Harvard University and is now an economic adviser to Barack Obama. She, in turn, hired Cass Sunstein away from the University of Chicago Law School. Sunstein, who is married to Obama foreign policy adviser Samantha Power, is head of Obama's White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Obama is advised by a handful of other Harvard Law School professors such as Laurence Tribe, Charles Ogletree, Martha Minow and Dan Meltzer, who is deputy White House counsel.

This is another placement of strategy for the Obama administration, and because the public is not allowed to vote on Supreme Court nominees...we have to accept whoever is appointed by the President. 

See?  This would've been one of the reasons Obama should not have been elected.  He serves his agenda and this placem,ent is just another supporting argument to that statement.
