You're highly organized with a sense of urgency ?   You're hard to discourage.  Victory is fun for you.   You take full advantage of training opportunities because you never stop learning.   You're motor is always full throttle.  You're a tireless prospector and qualifier.  You know the real selling begins at the first no.  You'll knock on any door with full confidence.  You're no stranger to closing sales to get paid.   You need to cold call me.  We need you ASAP.    105.3 Free is a stand alone and powerful Class C FM serving the Beaumont PT Arthur area.   About a year and half old we are just starting to come into our own and launching a major promotional and training program for the sales force in the next few months.   We need one or two more AE's to fill out our roster.  You can write your own ticket and build your own client list.   We pay a healthy 20% commission on collected direct business, with a 3 month starter program to jump start you.
