Because BP ain't listening.  As the 50 day mark approaches, BP's plans are on one track, to fail miserably.  To add insult to injury, they are not even looking to cap the leak, but merely contain the flow. 

The 1-866-I-LOVE-WJ line has been innundated with solutions for the capping and the clean up, and this little lady from New York, who besides being the youngest college professor in 300 years, started her PhD in Engineering at the age of 12.

But why should BP listen to anyone, because everything they're doing is just working so darn well...
