A team of researchers at the University of Minnesota say they've figured out the two factors that make a woman want to spend a ton of money on SEXY CLOTHES . . . and even SULTRIER LINGERIE.  And those two factors are . . .

#1.)  She sees attractive women nearby.

#2.)  She's OVULATING.

When a woman's ovulating, she's at her most FERTILE . . . so her biological instinct is to do whatever she can to lure a man into generously making her plump with his handsome seed.
And when other attractive women are around, she sees them as COMPETITION . . . fighting her for that handsome seed . . . so she REALLY needs to step up her game.  That's why she goes out of her way to buy sexy clothing.
