A Man Gets Revenge On His Neighbor's Poodle By Castrating It
 

Nothing ends a fight between two neighbors like GENITAL REMOVAL.

55-year-old Kevin Gienger of Kensal, North Dakota, hated the way his neighbor's purebred poodle would run around, out of control.  So finally last week, he snapped . . . and grabbed the dog, took it inside his house and CASTRATED IT.

Kevin is facing charges of stolen property and mistreating animals.  The police recovered some scalpels and syringes from Kevin's house . . . but they didn't say how he knew how to castrate a dog.  He could get up to a year in prison.
